This restaurant is a treasure for Ramen lovers. From 2003, when it was first opened, the restaurant always had people lining up to get one of the best bowls of Ramen in town. Hayashi-san and his wife have been running this family business for near 20 years. Only three types of Ramen appear on the ticket vending machine from left to right: signature standard Ramen, Ajitamago Ramen (with a soft boiled egg) in the center, and Yakibuta Ramen (extra roast, pork Char Siu) on the far right. Because the ... restaurant is a very popular destination, they sometimes run out of soup before 15:30. If this happens, they may close early. We recommend you arrive around 11:00 to line up, but please notice that because neighbors complain the Hayashi family does not allow lining up before 11:00. NOTES: Only one bowl per person allowed.
