Chef Takaaki Tsuneyasu is passionate about Wagyu beef. He chooses only the best meats through all Japan, from the best Kobe, Sendai or Hitachi beef to prepare his dishes. With an experienced and refined technique, he proposes elegant and original creations. He combines different types of cooking techniques ... to get the best out of each dish providing a wide range of flavors and textures. The menu is Omakase style, which means the menu is left entirely up to the chef's recommendation and the best seasonal ingredients available. It is composed of nine dishes and desserts, meat being the main dish. But surpisingly, he completes it with an excellent seasonal fish with vegetables.
