Chuka Soba Sakurazaka

中華ソバ 櫻坂

Ramen, Tsukemen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

This is the perfect example showing that ramen can be very original. Chuka Soba Sakurazaka combines the chicken, sardines and other ingredients to create a really unique thick soup for your ramen. Since their opening in 2004 has been a classic ramen venue for the locals who know about ramen and tsukemen. It can be crowded and you may need to lineup many times but the ramen definitely will reward you. Their signature ramen is the Soy Chuka Soba. By the way, each ramen bowl comes with half egg. Nobody seems to know yet from where their noodles come from since they keep it secret.
