Famous Yakitori located in the center of Tokyo. The owner trained in some of the best restaurants in Tokyo and Paris. Toriyoshi uses only a top quality chicken variety branded as "Date". Skewer prices range from reasonable ¥200 to ¥600. They use as well a very special type of charcoal from Wakayama, called "kishu bincho" that burns at a lower temperature and is optimal for the elaboration of the chicken skewers. We recommend the counter seats, for you to enjoy the show of an open kitchen with the staff working diligently and taking care of each process. Reservation for the counter can be only done from 17:00 to 18:00 and for tables until 19:00. The restaurant is located in Ginza Corridor in the area of Ginza and Yurakucho. At the present moment the chef owns 7 restaurants. NOTE: There's a table charge (Otooshi) of ¥800.
