Yamanoue Tempura, is a small and prestigious chain of Tempura restaurants. Other locations are Ochanomizu, Ropongi and Ginza. The Nihonbashi restaurant is located inside the Mitsukoshi department store. Like all its restaurants, it offers traditional edo-style tempura, from where all the current tempuras originates. It is exclusively fried in sesame oil and seasoned with a special sweet sauce.
